Who Is Eligible?
All individuals in Minnesota on Medicare who are experiencing housing insecurity have access to housing stabilization services.
The following criteria must be met by an individual, as stated by the Department of Human Services:

  • Be eligible for medical assistance (MA).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a documented disability or chronic illness.
  • You may be experiencing housing insecurity.
